VSOP-2 SYMPOSIUM 2007 - MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION INSTRUCTION

General Guidelines

Oral and poster presentations in the Symposium will be published in the Proceedings from Astronomical Society of the Pacific Conference Series (ASPCS). Editors are Y.Hagiwara, E.Fomalont, M.Tsuboi, and Y.Murata (orders are tentative). Authors should carefully read the following instructions and send the manuscript files (a text file compiled in latex form and figure files) to editors via file-uploading form on the Symposium website or these files can be emailed to Y.Hagiwara.

Page limits

Invited talk (30 min): 5-6 pages
Invited talk (20 min): 4-5 pages
Contributed talk (15 min): 3-4 pages
Poster: 3-4 pages

Deadline

18 February 2008 (extended)

Author Instructions

Authors have to read Author Information before they start drafting a manuscript.
Manuscripts must be written in English (not in Japanese!) with Latex form.
Latex template and macros are here.
Page limits are indicated above.
Color figures and graphs are not allowed.
When figures in manuscripts are already published, permission for reprinting from the original publishers must be obtained.
Publishers can provide a form for asking for permission upon request.
Each first author should fill out a Copyright form . Please submit these forms to Y.Hagiwara
